A local manufacturing company is seeking Call Center Agents - Temp to Hire, Immediate Need!Training will be 4 weeks - hours are 9:15AM to 6:00PM - 100% attendance is mandatory during the first 4 weeksAfter training, hours may start as early as 6:00 AM on Monday through Friday and as early as 6:00 AM on Saturday. Shifts will not go past 6:00PM on Monday through Friday, and 4:00PM on Saturdays.Responsibilities:-Receive, respond to, and process customer requests and/or inquiries in a timely manner while serving as the technical expert-Resolves customer issues/problems while providing a high level customer service at all timesWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:-Ability to use a computer and work with basic Microsoft programs-Technical Service or Support ability-Able to control a phone call and get to the right outcomeEducation:High SchoolExperience:ExperiencedQualifications:-Minimum of 2 consecutive years at one job, preferably a recent job-2 years of Customer Service experience-Must provide proof of High School Diploma or equivalent-Must be able to pass a drug and background screen Please apply ASAP as we are hiring immediatelyRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
