Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a CEO and Master Plumber located in the Greater Tucson Area for a business with 10+ employees. You will oversee daily operations, partner with the local board on the financial strategies, and business planning efforts. Responsibilities include strategic planning, sales management, and operational oversight to ensure the company meets its growth and profitability targets. The role requires maintaining a consistent leadership presence and collaborating closely with various teams.
Must Haves:
You must be a master plumber in Arizona
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Finance skills, such as budgeting and managing financial transactions
Operations Management skills, including overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficiency
Nice to Have:
Business Planning skills, with an ability to develop and execute business strategies
Sales skills, including managing and driving logical sales initiatives
Strategic Planning skills to guide the company’s long-term goals
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
