We’re looking for skilled EXPERIENCED cabinet makers, installers and talented furniture makers to become part of our family-owned business in Tucson, Arizona. With over 35 years of experience, we specialize in crafting high-end custom furniture and cabinetry, creating unique pieces that enhance the beauty of our clients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate cabinets and furniture based on specifications and schematics.
- Use hand tools and machinery, including CNC equipment, to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood components with precision.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct repairs and modifications on existing cabinetry.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.
- Assist with flooring installation, plastering, stucco application, and construction painting when required.
- Be a Team Player
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cabinet making and installation.
- Strong proficiency in woodworking techniques and tools.
- Experience with CNC routers and Mozaik software is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with automated Edgebanders is also a plus but not mandatory.
- Team leadership experience is beneficial.
- Spanish-speaking skills are helpful but not essential.
- Must be bondable
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and climb ladders.
