What We're Looking For:
Experienced carpentry teams (2+ members) specializing in exterior wood repair and remodel for upscale homes.
Expertise in: Replacing rotten fascia (pressure-treated/cedar), repairing/replacing trim/siding (e.g., James Hardie fiber cement and T1-11), swapping support posts, rebuilding patio covers/pergolas/gazebos/arbors/trellises/decks, installing exterior doors/windows with framing/casing, soffit/eave repairs, dry rot treatment/patching, minor additions like bump-outs, and patio enhancements, etc
Strict adherence to professional standards: Meticulous prep, homeowner etiquette, and impeccable cleanliness—sites must be spotless every day, no exceptions.
