Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in roofing, or a related field
Bilingual
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety protocols
Ability to read and interpret work orders, and safety regulations
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and general construction site safety
Strong problem-solving skills to oversee and resolve customer service issues
Ability to collaborate with Site Supers, Suppliers, Builders, and Homeowners effectively
Customer service-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physical & Technical Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors and comfortable climbing ladders, walking on roofs, and lifting materials
Ability to drive a company issued vehicle and keep it maintained
Ability to handle monthly inventory and stock the yard inventory monthly
Ability to drive a forklift
Additional Requirements:
Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with basic technology (email, scheduling apps, project management software is a plus)
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record as determined by a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. The candidate must be eligible to drive company provided vehicle and comply with all company policies regarding driver safety.
