Position Overview:
As a PAINTR, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch finishes to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including both commercial and residential properties, and contribute to the continued success and growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and filling holes and cracks
Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Ensure that all painting work meets quality standards and adheres to manufacturer specifications
Protect surrounding areas and furniture from paint splatter and damage
Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a painter in a commercial or residential setting
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication skills
Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
