Must be well qualified and be able to lead in all aspects of home repair, maintenance, remodeling, and construction. Including carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall, painting, tile, bathroom/kitchen remodels, and all types of handyman projects.
Applicant must have all tools/vehicle necessary for this type of work and a clean valid drivers license.
