I am in need of a handyman for a 4 to 6 week job. I am remodeling a 850 sq ft rental and need assistance in getting 2 other rentals ready for new tenants.
This is a temporary position for approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
We will be doing a complete interior remodel on a 2 bedroom rental.
If you have the following skills and experience I would like to hear from you.
Drywall patching holes and minor drywall repair
Painting rolling, spraying and cutting with a brush (including proper use of a Graco sprayer)
Caulking baseboards, cement block, showers, etc
Doors removing and installing doors and hardware, thresholds and weather stripping
Shower Surrounds removing and installing a shower surround
Also, I have 2 other units which will need some work getting ready for new tenants.
Pay is depending on experience
