We are actively building our roster of qualified, licensed subcontractors for ongoing residential and commercial construction and restoration work.
We are ONLY looking for high-skill trades with an active license and insurance. This is piece work / scope-based pay. NOT hourly.
Open trades:
Finish Carpentry / Doors / Trim / Base
Custom Cabinets / Cabinet Install / Cabinet Adjust & Repair
Crown / Trim / Molding Packages
Drywall (hang, tape, texture, patch & blend)
Interior / Exterior Painters (high-end finish, no overspray, clean cut lines)
Plumbing (rough-in, top-out, set fixtures – must understand code and repairs)
Electrical (rough, trim, panel tie-ins, service/repair)
Flooring Installers (LVP, laminate, engineered wood)
Tile Installers (floors, showers, surrounds, waterproofing-level quality)
Who this is for:
Licensed, bonded subcontractors ONLY
Must carry active ROC license / plumbing / electrical license as applicable to your trade
Must carry active liability insurance and be able to provide W-9
Minimum 5 YEARS experience in your trade (no trainees, no helpers without supervision)
You understand quality, schedule, and cleanup on turnover
You can walk into an active jobsite, complete your scope correctly the first time, and document completion
You can hit deadlines without babysitting
Type of work:
Remodel and renovation (kitchens, baths, interiors, tenant improvements)
Restoration and insurance rebuild work (water, fire, mitigation → repair/rebuild)
Residential and commercial projects
Ongoing assignments based on performance and quality
Paid per agreed scope (piece work / per job / per task)
We are NOT looking for:
Unlicensed handymen
People who “can do a little of everything”
No-shows / reschedulers / excuse-makers
Anyone who can’t follow direction, send progress photos, or close out clean
Requirements to be considered:
1. Active license (ROC or trade license).
2. Proof of insurance.
3. Minimum 5 years in trade.
4. Must be able to communicate professionally, provide jobsite photos, and meet timelines.
