Advantage Air Mechanical is seeking a professional Residential Comfort Advisor with a minimum of 5-years experience. We are a locally owned, family run company. We are the "Team You Can Trust".
Qualifications
5-Years MINIMUM HVAC sales experience
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a drug screening
Must have a clean driving record and be able to be placed on our insurance
Must be proficient with manual J
Must be proficient with designing ducting
Must have knowledge of pulling permits and local codes
Must be customer AND company focused
Ability to close
Responsibilities
Determine the best configuration of distribution and equipment for the customers needs
Design ducting layouts and or equipment layouts with load calculations for every customer
Compile all information and pull permits for every customer
Complete all paperwork for every customer including guarantees, permit inspections, O&M's, Equipment registration
Complete work order with all tasks for every job
Procure all materials and stage for every job
Complete pre installation job walk with installers for every job
Complete post installation job walk with customer for every job
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year
