AIR4U a small locally owned HVAC company in business. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Service Technician/Installer. We are an A+ BBB-rated company with a 4.9-star Google rating. We pay hourly plus bonus. Successful candidates must have a Clean Driving Record, take a Drug test, and be honest and dependable. We offer year-round work and a strong customer base. We are not able to train recent HVAC graduates at this time. This position is for Technicians with 3+ Years of experience and who have their own tools.
We serve the greater Tucson Area, but also have customers in Phoenix so there are occasional jobs there. We offer the ability to NOT have to work until midnight and be back at 7 AM.
We have hopes to expand our business and are ONLY looking for people who want to grow a business and be a part of something bigger for the future.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
Repair and maintenance of HVAC equipment
Ability to locate parts and provide field estimates to management.
Diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions through exceptional customer service
Dependable with the ability to work overtime and weekends when necessary as well as being on call.
Must have own tools.
Keeping your company vehicle clean, inside and out, and updating its inventory
Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, having a clean driving record, and participating in training to grow and develop as a professional
Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as the ability to complete a company-specific safety orientation.
Friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to climb ladders to heights up to 35 ft.
An ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Must be EPA certified
