Kelly Energy is a Drug free work place under no circumstances can an employee be under the influence of either drugs and/or alcohol. If an employee has been prescribed any type of prescription medication that can cause any type of negative side effects the employee must provide a note from a physician clearing them to freely preform their daily duties without limitations.
Kelly Energy does not allow the use of cell phones during work. No earphones, headsets, music players etc. are allowed on the job site.

All employees are required to wear ALL the appropriate PPE and have the physical ability to work outdoors. Every employee is responsible for their own transportation to and from the job site and is expected to show up every day on time. Employees must show up to work clean headed and focused to ensure that the overall safety and productivity of the job site will not be affected.
Experience:
1) Must have a minimum of 8000 hours of commercial/industrial electrical experience (4 years) that can be verified.
2) Must possess the ability to read/decipher: blue prints, one line diagrams, wiring diagrams and be knowledgeable in the NEC.
Job duty expectations:
1) 4 years of experience in bending conduit.
2) 4 years of experience in branch wire circuitry.
3) Possess the ability to layout and install various types of light fixtures.
4) Possess the ability to perform duties of a journeyman such as: pulling wire, motor controls, switchgears, panel makeup, finish trim, installation/terminations of various electrical apparatuses, fire alarm and underground electrical.
Personal duties:
1) Must provide OWN personal electrical hand tools.
2) Be proactive in job site safety.
3) Must be able to productively work by themselves or with a helper.
4) The ability to perform duties assigned by the foreman.
5) Demonstrate a high value of workmanship.
6) Must be able to fulfill the daily physical job requirements (No light duty)
