Maintenance Tech:
We are growing general contracting company, and we are looking to add to our team for full time work. Preferred knowledge of basic plumbing such as toilet, sink, and faucets. Preferred basic knowledge of electrical such as: Installation of- GFI, ceiling fan, outlet, light switch, thermostat and light fixtures. Drywall such as: patching, floating and texture. Basic knowledge of renovation units such as: paint, demolition, and trash outs. Pay= $18-$20/hr
