Part-Time Handyman / General Maintenance Position Available
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Part-Time Handyman and General Maintenance professional to help maintain our casitas, located in a gated community in Sabino Springs on the northeast side of Tucson.
We have 6 units in a single building, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. This is a part-time role, typically 2 to 6 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Fixing minor plumbing issues (e.g., leaky faucets or toilets)
Electrical work (e.g., outlets, light fixtures)
Adjusting or rehanging doors
Re-tracking sliding glass doors
Changing light bulbs and batteries
Minor painting and drywall touch-ups
Light landscaping (weeding, trimming trees)
Sweeping and maintaining the walkway leading to the building
General upkeep to ensure units are functional and presentable
Requirements:
Basic handyman and maintenance skills
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
Trustworthy and professional demeanor
