Requires a reliable, customer service driven person. This is a year-round position. As one of our technicians you will be maintaining water chemistry, pool equipment and properly cleaning the pools.
All Applicants MUST (no exceptions please):
Be reliable and be able to start work early.
Have a clean appearance with a professional attitude.
Be able to communicate with customers effectively and with respect.
Be organized and able communicate with your supervisor thru the day.
Be able to lift up to 50lbs
Be able to work legally in the US
Pass a drug test ( NOTE : WE ARE A DRUG FREE COMPANY this is inclusive of ALL drugs) We do random testing.
Have a clean driving record. Perfection is not required for over 25, but no major mishaps such as DUI's. Can hire people over 21 however you must have a clean record and maintain that until 25.
Compensation:
This is an hourly W2 pay and is based upon your knowledge of servicing pools. Experience is not necessary. All increases are merit based in terms of how knowledgeable you become.
