Student housing community near University of Arizona campus is seeking a detail-oriented Porter/Maintenance worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, minor repairs, and furniture assembly
- Ensure all areas are clean, sanitized, and presentable
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining building security
- Handle waste management and recycling duties
- Pressure wash stairwells and common areas
- Communicate effectively with staff to address maintenance needs promptly
Hours:
-Monday-Friday
-5AM-10AM
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues
- Experience in facilities maintenance including basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Strong customer service skills to interact with tenants and staff professionally
- Janitorial experience
- Proficient in English for effective communication
