Responsibilities:
- Work closely with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities to implement behavior plans and interventions
- Collect data on client progress and behavior using specified methods and tools
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to provide diagnostic evaluation and treatment planning
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times
- Provide direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence
- Conduct patient assessments to identify needs and develop appropriate treatment goals
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity with data collection methods and techniques
- Knowledge of medical documentation practices
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to interpret medical reports
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience working with children and adolescents is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Pay: $19.00 - $24.63 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
