We are a residential remodeling firm, specializing in kitchens and bathrooms. We are currently seeking a hard-working candidate who can be a critical member of our team through the typical remodel process. A person in this position must show a willingness to learn and grow and an aptitude for the building trade.
This person will be on a path to be a crew lead and will need to demonstrate willingness to learn, take initiative and be able to take criticism and direction in equal measure. This is a hands-on position, and you will be expected to be able to consistently lift and move construction materials, up to 80 pounds. You will need to be able to work with a team and take direction from others. You will need knowledge of the residential codes and the remodeling process from demolition to finish. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, insulation and drywall a must.
