Position Overview:
We're hiring an experienced Remodeling Technician to join our small, tight-knit team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a growing business - you'll work directly with our owner and have real input on processes as we scale. We currently have 2 bathroom remodels lined up with a 3rd likely to be added soon.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bathroom and kitchen remodeling tasks: demolition, framing, drywall, tile work, cabinetry, trim work, and painting
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Interact professionally with clients and provide project updates
Use our JobTread project management system for scheduling and client communication
Take ownership of job sites and quality standards
Potential to grow into Foreman role as we expand operations
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5 years hands-on remodeling experience (bathrooms/kitchens preferred)
Valid driver's license with clean 2-year record
Professional communication skills with clients
Comfortable using digital project management tools
Strong attention to detail and safety standards
