Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on role with direct involvement in tasks requiring manual skills and attention to detail.
Execute remodel and construction projects.
Understand project documents, plans, specs, and changes.
Excel in rough and finish carpentry on projects of all sizes, surpassing standard codes.
Proficiently handle plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins and trim-outs in residential construction.
Oversee inspections and maintain detailed job logs and progress reports using a variety off apps and software.
Prioritize job safety and cleanliness, adhering to all safety codes.
Collaborate with the project manager to stick to project schedules.
Qualifications:
High school/equivalent/trade school
Valid driver's license (must have clean driving record)
Demonstratable carpentry and remodeling experience is required (minimum five years required)
Must be able to lift at least 75lbs
Must be able to handle tools of the trade including demolition equipment
Must have truck and tools required to start your day working
Salary & Benefits:
Salary $25 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience
