About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure work is completed in a timely and proficient manner.
Oversee and monitor the daily work of subcontractors, ensuring project schedules and quality standards are met.
Train, work with, and guide team members on best practices in construction techniques.
Communicate promptly with Property Owners or Homeowners regarding any damages or concerns observed during work.
Proactively address safety concerns with staff and vendors while reporting liability risks to clients.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and company vehicles are maintained in a safe, operable condition or arrange for repairs/replacements as needed.
Represent the company professionally and courteously when interacting with tenants, vendors, clients, and team members.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on carpentry experience, including drywall, framing, concrete, minor electrical, plumbing, and painting.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction practices, procedures, and repair techniques.
Safety: Demonstrated knowledge of proper safety procedures and ability to identify potential risks.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment common to the trade.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently with confidence and motivation.
Licensing: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Ability to stand, walk, reach, and handle tools or equipment frequently.
Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
