Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Remodeler to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will play a crucial role in renovating and enhancing existing homes to meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to reliability.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of remodeling tasks, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring
Prepare and clean up job sites
Transport materials, tools, and equipment
Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work site
Operate hand and power tools
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Must have on tools (saw, cord, drill, tool bags, hand tools, etc)
Previous experience in remodeling or a related field
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced team members
Basic knowledge of remodeling tools and equipment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
