Small Steel Fabrication shop looking for qualified fabricators who can also install. We are not looking for 'welders' but for 'Fabricators' who can take a project from start to finish with high quality results. Projects MUST look professionally built when complete so 'it'll hold' quality will not be acceptable. Jobs range from structural steel (beams, columns, stairs etc.) to metal buildings (frame, insulation, sheet metal siding) to ornamental (rails, custom gates, etc) as well as some oddball job shop projects. Stick welding certification is a big advantage, clean Drivers Licence is required as well as reliable transportation. Pay will be fair based on industry trends and production levels achieved. Benefits can be available for the right candidates. 4 ten hour days provides long weekends.
