Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter who is detail-oriented, professional, and committed to maintaining a clean job site throughout the work shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting large format tile, stone, and various floor tiles, as well as experience in detailed shower and backsplash installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install various floor and wall tile with attention to detail.
- Complete detailed shower and backsplash installations to meet high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the work shift.
- Communicate effectively in English with team members and clients. Being bilingual is a plus!
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tile Setter.
- Proficient in setting large format tile, stone, and various floor and wall tiles in residential and commercial applications.
- Experience in detailed shower and backsplash installations.
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation to the office.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a clean job site.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Experience in LVT and hardwood is a bonus.
- Valid driver's license.
