Were looking for the right person to join our automotive repair company, at an entry level of position of assistant manager. Applicants must have great people skills, an ability to multi-task with a strong desire to grow their knowledge and career in the automotive repair management field. Experience in the automotive repair industry is a must.
This is much more than a mere service writer position. The responsibilities include (but not limited to) working with customers during their initial contact with our company, computer documentation of service requests, preparing estimates, explaining the nature and purpose of the repairs or services to the customers, assist in assigning repair orders to technicians, ordering parts, closing out repair orders and the general management of subordinates.
There is on the job training coupled with professional training through electronic and on-site seminars both local and out of state.
