Experienced Rollback Driver Needed
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Rollback Driver to join our team. As a light-duty tow truck operator, you'll be responsible for safely transporting vehicles using our flatbed tow trucks. If you have the necessary skills and qualifications, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Operate rollback trucks and perform towing duties efficiently.
Maintain a valid DOT health card.
Work full-time with occasional overtime (approximately 40 to 50 hours per week).
Keep equipment clean and presentable at all times.
Handle vehicle repossessions when required.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Qualifications (Training Provided):
Experience: Prior experience operating rollback trucks and handling towing tasks is a plus, but not mandatory.
Industry-Specific Knowledge:
RDN (Recovery Database Network): Familiarity with this industry-standard software platform is advantageous.
DRN (Digital Recognition Network): Knowledge of license plate recognition technology and its applications.
RC/RCM Recovery Connect (MBSI): Training will be provided for this comprehensive case management tool.
RISC Training: Understanding of compliance requirements under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other relevant regulations.
GLBA (Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act): Awareness of privacy and data protection rules.
SSRA (Red Flag Rules): Knowledge of identity theft prevention measures.
Attention to Detail: Capable of keeping equipment clean and well-maintained.
