Responsibilities:
Respond to dispatch calls for local towing and roadside service
Safely operate flatbed or wheel-lift tow trucks
Handle vehicle pickups, impounds, and accident scenes professionally
Complete paperwork and digital logs accurately
Deliver excellent customer service under all conditions
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Must be at least 21 years old
Strong communication skills and a calm, respectful attitude
Mechanical aptitude or previous driving/towing experience is a plus
Willing to work rotating shifts, including some nights/weekends
