IN & OUT OPERATIONSSign drivers in and out of the facility; verifying all paperwork Assign dock doors to the inbound and outbound loads Maintain door accuracy and yard report for trailer inventory Process Bills of Loading and associated shipping and receiving documents. Reconcile inbounds with packing slips and coordinate drop lot activity CUSTOMER SERVICEProvide 'customer service' to our customers Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules Coordinate moves on the yard for the spotter/yard jockey Work with shift management to accomplish shift goals. VERIFICATION AND ACCURACYReport errors and issues to appropriate member of leadership to ensure accuracy Audit and verify data inputs and paperwork  Other clerical tasks as assigned
