Need Property Manager & maintenance for a 55+ mobile home park
compensation: Based on experience -TBD

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual or duo for an on-site Manager position for a 100-space
55+ mobile home community in Yuma, AZ ! There is another position open for regional management for several local parks!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but are not limited to:
Review and screen potential tenant applicants
Enforce Park rules
Rent collection and deposits
Eviction process if necessary
Prepare monthly reports for the owner and bookkeeper
Maintain organized resident files
Property inspections, record keeping and violation notices
Park maintenance (construction skills are helpful here)
Promote positive resident relations through quarterly newsletters, follow through on issues, Park neatness, etc.
