About Us: We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Travel Associate. As a remote travel associate, you will join our team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to creating personalized and memorable journeys as they build client relationships, unlimited income with bonuses, and complimentary trips. If you have a love for travel, excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Consultation:
Gather client travel preferences, needs, and budget
Research and locate destination options in our easy to use booking platforms and systems.
2. Receive Fun and Free Expert Destination Knowledge On Us:
Receive fun, accurate, trending training from industry leaders on your time at your pace to stay updated on trendsetting travel information, destination attractions, and local culture to provide informed recommendations to clients.
3. Customer Service:
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist clients through their journey.
Create a community of clients through pleasant and effective communication and a solutions mindset.
4. Remote Collaboration:
Collaborate with team members, suppliers and leaders through virtual meetings and communication tools.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities with top industry suppliers.
Qualifications:
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED just willingness, positivity, desire to succeed and commitment is necessary. We will train for everything else.
But if the you have the following, we would be interested in hearing about it:
Experience as a travel agent or in a related role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience using travel booking systems and platforms.
Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, attractions, and services.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using virtual collaboration tools.
