Test Facilities direct hire authority to recruit and appoint

qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive

Maintain, manage, and inspect all Hazardous Waste 90/180 day

accumulation areas, encompassing the amnagement of three

Environmental Protection Agency ID Numbers.

Provide oversight on the management of all hazardous Waste

Satellite accumulation areas located on the facilities.

Manage annual Hazardous Waste steam sampling project, and

provide any required contractual oversight.

Ensure proper waste disposal, meets land disposal restrictions,

and is accomplished in accordance with all federal state laws

and regulations.

Maintain all required Hazardous Waste management regulatory

certifications and training.

This is a bargaining unit position.

You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid

United States driver?s license.

You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment

physical examination.

This position may require travel from normal duty station to

CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You

must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for

extended periods of time.

QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized

experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in

the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or

public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the

following: Desigining and managing Hazardous Waste programs,

implementing environmental programs for an organization, and serving
