Private in-home care for elderly male. 5 hour shift , 3 times a week, 8 am -2pm, Opportunity to pick up extra shifts with scheduling. $11.00 / hr. Private home in Somerton, AZ.
Patient has no major disabilities. Mild dementia. Patient is frail and utilizes walker for mobility. Sometimes incontinent and periodically needs assistance with bathroom care. Patient has hearing loss but able to hear, fall risk is possible; however, he is light weight and manageable.
Responsibilities include standard Care Giver duties: toileting, dressing, skin care, shower.
Patient is a gentle, kind senior and could use the help of a caring and responsible caregiver that believes in senior care and dignity for senior patients.
Additional duties: prepare a meal and collaborate with hospice nurse.
Spanish proficiency needed.
