Job Details
- Starting Salary: $16.50/hour after passing practical florist evaluation.
- Salary Increase after 90 days: Based on Skills demonstrated
- Top Earners: If you pass all 8 levels of floristry proficiency, you can earn up to $23.00/hour.
Requirements
- Experience in floristry preferred.
- No experience? We will train individuals with a growth mindset!
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
