We are expanding our Property Preservation operations in Yuma, AZ and are looking for an individual or crew that can perform maintenance on properties under management. We have properties ready to assign, right now. We are looking for people that can follow our process and have their own tools/equipment. Experience is great, but we will train the right people. Work includes, but isn’t limited to the following:
Lock Change
Landscaping
Debris Removal
Janitorial
Winterization
Bid Work
All work will require use of a smartphone to take photos, to verify completion of work. We will provide training material to show what specific photos are required for each job.
