Looking to fill an unique position with excellent growth potential.
A slight combination between office manager with scheduling, communicating with insurance companies and the biller, filing documents and inputting patient information into the system. But it also has a component of personal assistant/Physical Therapy technician in regards that I am somewhat limited physically. Therefore, it would be a benefit to me to have someone that would assist in some exercises with my clients and help them to stabilize during standing and walking activities. In some instances, there may be a need for assistance with transferring the clients from seated to standing position or from wheelchair to and from mat or other surfaces.
There will also be some need for researching information and tracking patients' visits and a little bit of marketing along with assistance with in-services for client and community education.
I'm looking to have someone that's comfortable with computer programs, data entry, telephone etiquette, bilingual would be great, somewhat outgoing and personable that will relate to clients and other professionals. And somewhat flexible, multitasking with good organizational skills.
As you see, there's a wide range of skills set that I'm looking for and ready to groom the right candidate to grow in experience and within the company with primarily the office setting and operating small office equipment and reception would be the core and vast variety of on the job training for personal and professional growth and development.
