We are seeking an Armed Security Guard to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.
Part- Time Position to Start Immediately
20 HOUR MINIMUM
OPEN INTERVIEWS TO BE HELD WEDNESDAY, MAY 15TH AT THE YUMA DES OFFICE LOCATED AT:
1125 S REDONDO CENTER DR IN YUMA
FROM 9:00 - 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Will work in both Yuma and San Luis
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
Protect the employees and clients at the facility
Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE ACTIVE ARIZONA ARMED GUARD CARD
Previous experience in ARMED security, law enforcement, or other related fields
CPR/First-Aid/AED Cert preferred
Familiarity with security equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong attention to detail
Bullet Proof Vest
Level 2 Holster
Must be available to cover shifts Monday through Friday (if needed).
