Admissions Representatives are responsible for promoting and communicating information about our school to employers, agencies, prospective and current students. They are involved in student recruitment, giving campus tours, and assisting candidates throughout the admission process.
Responsibilities Include:
Interviewing & enrolling students
Maintaining contacts- following up with interested parties
Working occasional Saturdays to help with special events
Scheduling appointments
Maintaining complete & accurate student records/attendance
Filing & data entry
Providing exceptional customer service to students & agencies
Administrative support to Manager, Instructors & Marketing Team
Position Requirements:
2+ year’s administrative/office experience.
3+ year’s customer service/sales experience.
Experience in higher education or career schools a plus.
Previous Admissions, Retail, Marketing or Teaching experience preferred.
Must be detail-oriented & possess excellent computer skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to prioritize workload.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous work experience w/ WIOA, DINAP or other Workforce Programs is a Plus!
