Let me be very, very clear do NOT respond to this ad unless you have true operating experience. If you list it on your application, know that we expect you to be able to operate that piece of machinery with zero instruction. Just casually running something on the weekends with a relative or around your home does NOT mean you are a skilled operator.
Looking for operators that have experience under their belt on grading and/or utility crews. Special preference for those that can run excavators (of various sizes) and loaders (also of various sizes). Bonus points if you also have a CDL, but not a requirement.
