Student Exploration and Experience Development (SEED) is a 12-week internship opportunity at Veolia for students to gain hands-on experience in sustainability and ecological transformation. They will work on real-world projects, receive mentorship from industry professionals, and participate in workshops and networking events. The program aims to nurture talent, promote innovation, and foster meaningful connections between students and industry professionals. Environmental, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Operations, Sales, Supply Chain or Technology.Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Perform wildlife surveys as required by facility Biodiversity Plan.Assist in organization of records.Assist in projects such as ID/labeling of important structures at the new facility construction project.Assist with light pollution surveys, wildlife habitat improvement projects, etc.Monitor facility operating graphs and data tracking for complianceExecute tasks directly related to functional projects and/or process improvements.Communicates issues and roadblocks related to areas of responsibility.May assist in research or special projects in a variety of areas in order to fulfill business initiatives and meet business objectives.Internships are focused on learning and exposure to fundamental business processes and procedures.Work Environment: Environments vary by internship function from office to field to plant.
