Essential Responsibilities:Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes, including job requisitions, offer coordination, and OFCCP reporting.Generate HR reports and manage employee documentation for status changes.Plan and coordinate training programs in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.Conduct new hire orientations and assist with employee relations issues.Support employee recognition programs and community engagement activities.Participate in safety initiatives, including audits, training, and incident analysis.Maintain proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, ATS, ADP) and Google Suite.Assist HR Business Partner with corporate initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.Physical Requirements:Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations.Capable of sitting, standing, walking, and using hands for extended periods.Able to lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch.Possess clear vision and hearing for effective communication and use of office equipment.
