Benton, AR, USA | Hourly | RINECO | Full Time Primary Purpose: Plan and Coordinate outbound loads to internal and external disposal facilities. Essential Functions and Requirements:
Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
Maintains DOT compliance on outbound drum loads.
Maintain warehouse compliance in broker area container area.
Coordinate the most efficient way to load containers based on weight and hazard class.
Record information about outbound loads such as weights, quantity of drums, ship date, etc.
Requires proficient forklift driving skills to load containers.
Utilize knowledge of waste facilities that accept broker loads as well as the parameters to avoid off-spec charges.
Requires regular and punctual attendance.

Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent. Prefer 4-year degree.
24 or 40-hours HAZWOPER Training completion required.
DOT training required.
Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience in fuel blending or 1 - 2 years' experience in the hazardous waste management and/or environmental management industry required.Knowledge and Abilities:
Proficient Forklift and Yard Dog experience required.
Must be able to understand and carryout written and oral instructions.
