SME/Lead to work on a modernization initiative Implementing JDA/Blue Yonder’s warehouse labor management solution
Responsibilities
Implement Blue Yonder’s warehouse labor management solution
Expertise in Performance management, Resource planning, Labor optimization and Incentive and reward module in Blue Yonder’s warehouse labor management solution
Knowledge in configuring and customizing labor management module with respect to customer requirements
Maintain active relationships with project stakeholders to understand business requirements, leads requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the product owner
Implement solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, while orchestrating key resources and infusing key Infrastructure, Application Development
Ensure all solutions exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment
Identify and implement best practices and coach the stakeholders as needed
Create technical documentation and maintain the knowledge repositories
Adjust quickly to changing priorities and make quick decisions with limited information
Collaborate with Architects, Software developers and application SMEs in implementing complex end-to-end enterprise solutions
Tech Skills
Strong knowledge in Blue Yonder implementations
Experience in in warehouse labor management
Knowledge Warehouse and Retails domain
Expertise in End to end testing and integration of Labor management modules
Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across multiple business and engineering teams
10 years of experience in application design and development
