Job PostingOverview:The Executive Project Manager is a leadership support role responsible for the overall operations of the local office and its teams, with specific support to the core leadership team as it relates to ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business. The Executive Project Manager is the face of WIS and embodies the SPIRIT values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Primary duty includes the management of the total business operations of Product Connections HQ

Responsible for providing support and management to leadership team and HQ office, using discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters relating to Human Relations, client contracts, hiring/firing, and more.

Ability to apply common sense understanding and use appropriate judgment in routine business situations and maintains business ethics at all times with supervisors, co-workers and customers.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often confidential in nature, using discretion with respect to company policies and procedures.

Manages and orders necessary products, supplies, and services on an ongoing basis for HQ office, evaluating new solutions and vendors to remain cost-effective when appropriate.

Prepare general correspondence for large-scale communications or office notifications.

Use multiple platforms often found within OKTA including corporate travel, expense reporting, and BlueVue.

Manages and maintains professional working relationships with on-site customers, third party vendors, and other office business partners.

Communicates with leadership as needed or as problems arise.

Maintains a high level of confidentiality in all duties.

Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience :Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, minimum 5 years work experience in similar role.Skills & Abilities:Proven effective verbal and written and phone communication skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and expedite assigned tasks. Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills. Ability to interact with company employees in a confidential and discreet manner. Ability to perform job responsibilities with little or no supervision.Computer Skills/Tools & Technology :Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Power Point, Outlook.Physical Demands :While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to be able to: sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and/or other peripherals. Listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Read and understand information and ideas presented in writing. Communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. Identify and understand the speech of another person. Communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand. Light to moderate lifting may be required from time-to-time up to 30 lbs.Work Environment:Primarily office environment with mild to moderate noise levels. Frequent interaction with co-workers, vendors, and consultants.
