Manager, Operations - Product Fraud Ops

Position SummaryWhat you'll doAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate driver fraud and rolling out new products to prevent identity theft fraud.Responsibilities :

Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and prevent driver fraud, including identity fraud.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to roll out new fraud fighting in-app products and features and build/improve T&S policies.

Analyze fraud trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize fraud prevention efforts.

Utilize biometric data, facial recognition technology, graph analysis techniques to enhance fraud prevention efforts.

Manage T&S driver operations to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Collaborate with external partners to stay up-to-date on the latest fraud trends and technologies.

Present findings and progress to executive leadership.

Identify KPIs and use data to explain complex problems to prioritize and execute product enhancements and policy creation.

Create new policies through collaboration with compliance and legal teams that can be operationalized by a large group of associates.

Oversee the operation of policies to ensure they are being executed and followed correctly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of fraud prevention and mitigation strategies - particularly integrity, authentication, and identity validation in the gig space.

Experience with biometric data and facial recognition technology is a plus.

Previous Trust and Safety operations or product experience.

Ability to explain complex problems and solutions to a variety of stakeholders.

Experience making and executing programmatic-level decisions that could impact the greater business.

Experience building and implementing new policies within a T&S setting.

Experience providing timely and nuanced guidance regarding time-sensitive and high-priority escalations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with Excel, Tableau or other data visualization tools.

Experience working in the tech space and understanding the nature of how apps work.
