Your primary responsibilities will involve analyzing data, evaluating key business components, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and developing sustainable solutions to enhance our operations.Requirements
Develop and manage process improvement programs by evaluating needs, partnering with cross-functional teams, providing guidance on policies and procedures, ensuring proper controls and tools, monitoring performance metrics, and addressing post-implementation issues.
Manage global projects by identifying areas of opportunity, determining procedures and guidelines, understanding global trends, demonstrating industry best practices, anticipating concerns, and recommending sustainable solutions.
Contribute to strategy development by conducting analyses, benchmarking with industry experts, developing assessments, translating technical solutions into business solutions, supporting long-term plans, and communicating with decision-makers.
Lead the implementation of change initiatives, develop plans, assess organizational readiness, manage expectations, adjust approaches for positive adoption, and ensure timely project management.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or a relevant area.
Alternatively, 4 years of experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or a related area.
