Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in our retail office situated in Bentonville, Arkansas. As a Receptionist, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers and provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.This is a temporary only role from September 23rd - October 4thResponsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Complete clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing. Handle customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a professional and timely manner. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action to manage them effectively. Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain accurate customer credit records and update them as necessary. Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies. Support other teams with various administrative tasks. Perform other duties as assigned by the management.Requirements Proven experience in a Receptionist role or similar Familiarity with the retail industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in using office equipment including telephone and computer systems Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer complaints Ability to work part-time hours as required Familiarity with Receptionist duties such as answering calls, greeting customers, and managing appointments High school diploma or equivalent education level Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Good organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays if required.
