Reports To: Revenue and Reservations Manager Supervises: None General Purpose: As on-property agent for guestroom reservations and general customer service-related tasks, the Reservations Agent will have the opportunity to contribute/participate in a variety of reservations/revenue management tasks and will play a critical role in helping achieve reservations/revenue management goals pertaining to occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and Market Metrix scores. Specific Responsibilities Fields reservations from multiple channels and accurately inputs data into the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) Assists Front Office team and Revenue and Reservations Manager with prompt resolution of guest issues pertaining to reservations Maintains reservations including all guest notes & special requests  Inputs/manages all online travel agent (OTA) reservations  Inputs all group contracts in the PMS and Synxis Central Reservations System (CRS) and post initial and subsequent deposits when required Enters all rooming lists into the PMS and continuously works with Sales Managers on updates to assist with a smooth execution of the group’s stay Reviews and approves final group folios along with the Sales Managers  Inputs all contracts received from the Events Sales Manager and post deposits when required Inputs all credit card and direct bill authorization forms Assists Revenue and Reservations Manager with data reporting and other daily task when needed Assists front desk in the execution of guestroom amenities & other customer service responsibilities  Assists front desk with daily arrivals list; communicating all special requests and VIPs  Assists Director of Sales & Marketing with special projects when needed Builds professional relationship with repeat guests & VIPs  Maintains general reservations email inbox Attends weekly and monthly revenue management and sales meetings Performs other tasks as needed
