Position SummaryWhat you'll doThe Senior Analyst, Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance, Brand Portal plays an important role in the Seller Compliance Team. This individual is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Brand Portal and demonstrating Walmart's commitment to brand protection by implementing monitoring standards that uphold the integrity of Walmart's brand protection tools.The primary focus of this role is to identify feature and technical gaps in the Brand Portal and support efforts to improve Brand Portal functionality. The Senior Analyst will be tasked with handling escalations from internal stakeholders and external parties. In addition, they will be responsible for communicating and coordinating process changes to risk operations team and other relevant stakeholders.The position will report to Senior Manager, Brand Compliance and will partner with the Legal, Data Analytics, Risk Operations, Product and Engineering teams.Responsibilities and Duties:
Implement monitoring standards to mitigate compliance risks associated with IP tools
Track and ensure quick resolution of technical issues
Support partnerships with brand owners and third-party sellers in the US and globally
Provide accurate reporting for leadership and use data visualization techniques to showcase Brand Portal impact
Identify process gaps/ trends and provide actionable insights to improve Brand Portal integrity and user experience
Work cross functionally with IP team, risk operations team, legal, product and engineering to address pain points faced by rights owners
Support efforts to improve proactive monitoring tools by providing recommendations based on rights owner feedback
