Position SummaryWhat you'll doThe Senior Manager, Program Management, Growth - Autonomous Delivery is a change agent that brings new revenue streams to existing autonomous delivery (UAV / drone and autonomous vehicle) assets. In this role, you will act as an intrapreneur and take strategic business initiatives from zero to one. This is a high visibility role at all levels of the organization and across multiple business teams. You'll own and launch new services and programs, sell your vision internally and externally, and work across product, business development, account management, sourcing, operations, finance, and other teams to make your vision a reality. This role will work primarily with strategy, finance, legal, compliance, data, and the broader E2E delivery team. The role is based in Bentonville.You'll sweep us off our feet if

You generate growth revenue at desirable margins from strategic innovation programs.

You have established and maintained a strong reporting cadence, collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication, presenting at the executive level.

Extend autonomous delivery assets and long-term delivery capacity planning which directly impacts our current and future autonomous operations as well as answer the highest customer needs.

You'll make an impact by

Identifying and prioritizing new capability channels, managing partner due diligence (technical, risk, financial), business case development and financial modeling.

Developing long term strategies and coalesce Dedicated Delivery's E2E product roadmap

Leading multiple strategic last mile delivery (LMD) projects.

Measuring and meeting the the attainment of goals and objectives.

Having technical expertise in autonomation, AI and GenAI.

Working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify, build, launch, and scale new programs and services with outcome artifacts: BRD and PRD.

Working with business and PR/Comms to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy with the ability to pivot during unforeseen edge cases.

Owning continuous reporting and analytics on performance & metrics, including post-project release impact reports, leading to actionable plans and results.

Providing budgeting inputs and oversight to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) financial processes.

Driving clarity in ambiguous situations and propelling forward progress.
