Position SummaryWhat you'll doDirector , Business Strategy Transformation PortfolioJoin Walmart as a Director, Business Strategy Transformation Portfolio and your work could help over 295 million global customers live better every day.Walmart's E2E Transformation & Innovation organization is responsible for driving, testing & operationalizing change that improves the lives of our associates & customers.This Director position is dedicated to value management across the E2E Transformation Portfolio, with a key objective of providing visibility to portfolio-wide initiative value and test performance to drive strategic decision-making. This position has a team of 4 direct reports to support various portfolio services functions: value tracking & financial reconciliation, test & delivery performance reporting, and portfolio roadmap management.You'll make an impact by:

Collaborate with Transformation Initiative Drivers and Finance to track initiative value across the full project lifecycle and provide portfolio-wide visibility to drive leadership decision-making and acceleration

Measure and report on Transformation & Innovation performance in initiative delivery, testing & operationalization

Create portfolio-wide views that clearly articulate different dimensions of portfolio value, performance, risk, etc. to executive levels

Maintain comprehensive roadmap for Transformation Portfolio with forecasted value delivery

Effectively manage priorities and tradeoffs while balancing team of resources, using data to focus team on highest-value targets

Lead a group of 4 data analysts to create and execute on strategies to serve a variety of customers across and portfolio and the broader organization

You'll sweep us off our feet if you:

Leverage financial acumen & experience building business cases to shape different levels of value reporting (e.g., initiative level, pillar level, portfolio-wide) efficiently & effectively

Manage ambiguity in portfolio reporting strategy to create framework to achieve long-term visibility goals while delivering early value and executing with continuous improvement mindset

Excel in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management to both gather the right inputs and drive consensus at the highest levels while managing detailed discussions / data

Demonstrate strategic vision and synthesis by creating tactical plans to achieve top-line goals, synthesize details to tell executive-level stories / focus on critical points to drive strategy, and identify where strategic direction is needed
